Privacy Policy

If you have bought from us we will have your name address phone number and email address details. If you choose to deliver to a third party (such as a friend) we will have their name and addresses. Information is only used to help us deliver the parcels and contact you and is not passed on to any other company under any circumstances.

Prices

All prices quotes are valid until January 1st 2009 and include VAT at the current rate. We operate other businesses independently selling products by in-store TV promotion, mail order and through other third party companies on the internet, the prices although nearly the same may vary from that shown. 

Availability

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will let you know. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. In these circumstances you will be advised.

Descriptions 

While we have made every effort to show and describe our products as accurately as possible, in rare cases the final product may differ slightly from the images shown. We sometimes substitute products of a similar description where for example, the original item becomes unavailable. Where this happens we will inform you at the time of ordering. We have tried to describe all products fairly and the weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. Packaging may vary from that shown.

Your statutory rights are not affected

Guarantee

If anything you receive from Teleview Marketing is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge or fully refund its cost, reimbursing postage if we have requested its return. If you are simply not satisfied with anything, you can still return it, in unused condition within 7 days for a full refund: no questions asked; although in this case return postage costs are normally not reimbursed. This undertaking does not affect your statutory rights. In both cases, before returning anything, please contact our customer services department on +44 (0)116 276 5151 for a reference number.This is in addition to your statutory rights.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings
